Under what circumstances does O Goddess accept returns and give refunds?

We accept returns and provide refunds in the rare event where a mistake has been made by us or if an item is damaged in shipping.

If a mistake has been made by O Goddess, and you’ve received the wrong item(s), or in the event that an error has been made by us, we’ll process a refund so you can order the correct item(s).

If an item is damaged in shipping, we’ll replace the damaged item.

 

How much time do I have to submit a claim if an item in my order has a mistake (by O Goddess) or was damaged in shipping?

Any claims for misprinted, damaged and/or defective items must be submitted within 7 business days after the product has been received by you (the customer).

 

How do I submit a claim for items containing a mistake (made by O Goddess) or items damaged in shipping?

You can submit your claim by emailing us at support @ ogoddess.com (remove the spaces).

In your email, you’ll need to include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the damage/mistake
  3. Photos depicting the damage/mistake
  4. Original transportation bill signed by the carrier noting that carrier received the goods from OGoddess in the condition claimed

What do I do if my package is not here on time or I suspect it has been lost in transit?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

How do I submit a claim if I suspect my item has been lost in transit?

You can submit your claim by emailing us at support @ ogoddess.com (remove the spaces).

In your email, you’ll need to include:

  1. Your order number
  2. The estimated delivery date
  3. How many days it’s been since the estimated delivery date

What if I accidentally used the wrong shipping address when ordering from O Goddess?

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (as applicable).

If you used a valid shipping address, that isn’t yours and your shipment was delivered to someone else, you’ll need to contact the courier and see if you can get your item sent to the proper address. If you cannot do this, you’ll need to reorder the item at your own expense.

What if I just send my item(s) back to O Goddess without filing a claim first?

In order to process any returns, you need to contact O Goddess by emailing us at support @ ogoddess.com (remove the spaces).

Do not send any items back until you have heard from us about your claim first!

If you do not file a claim with us, then your item may go unclaimed because we have no information about it. If your item goes unclaimed, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we hear from you.

Do you offer refunds if I changed my mind?

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
