Shipping

 We currently only ship within the contiguous U.S. (48 states). Note that there may be restrictions on some products.

General

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of some items can be found on the item’s detail tab. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Delivery 

When will I get my order? 

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. If you are ordering custom items, these are scheduled on a first come first serve basis, so best practice is to order a couple of months before you’ll actually need the item. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3-7 business days for fulfillment plus 3–4 business days for shipping equals a total of 6-11 business days

[Covid-19] When will I get my order? 

Our fulfillment times for all products may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal.

It’s difficult to predict the shipping times.

Where will my order ship from? 

We work with fulfillment and shipping companies in various locations, so we try to ship your items from the location closest to you.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbor’s in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, email us at support @ ogoddess.com (remove the spaces). Please include your order number in the email.

If there has been a mistake with your delivery address then determine which applies:

  • If we made the mistake, please contact us and we’ll replace your order, at our cost.
  • If you made the mistake, you’ll need to contact the courier and see if you can get your item sent to the proper address. If you cannot do this, you’ll need to reorder the item at your own expense.

How do I track my order? 

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, email us at support @ ogoddess.com (remove the spaces) with your order number.
